This is very clearly Shiraz – the aromatics are of dark red fruits, flecked with nutmeg and black pepper spice. The palate has good intensity of dark red berries tempered by the wielding of the black pepper grinder. It feels unforced and easy to drink but still very much of the variety. Punching above its weight. Suits your best gourmet snags.
