Paphos Performances Margaret River Cabernet Merlot 2017

The Margaret River regionality comes to the fore distinct blackcurrant and cherry edged fruit given a savoury twist by a minty, gum leafy note. This character carries on to the palate and along with the ripe, fine tannins offers a framework for the fruit to sit on. Medium to full bodied on the palate with a finely woven balance of fruit, tannin, spice and oak.
