This is a fine offering of our top Barossa red. Sourced from a single, certified organic vineyard in the Vine Vale sub region of the famous Barossa Valley.
There are distinctive, powerful aromas reminiscent of red plum, blackberries, cherries, vanilla and hints of chocolate. The palate is richly flavoured but finely textured.  Layered with blackfruit and dark cherry fruit over fine vanillin oak character and tempered by nutmeg and pepper spice.
The flavours are generous and long and show exceptional balance. It drinks beautifully over a number of days, even in its youth, which indicates a bright future in the cellar.
